This site is dedicated to the memory of Margaret Methven.
Margaret Methven was born in Streatley on May 03, 1936. She is much loved and will always be remembered by all her friends and family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. She met her soulmate Maurice & their love story was for 59 years. She battled Motor Neurone Disease for 5 years. Never stopped smiling & showing her love with her wonderful smile.

hello sweetheart time for catch up yesterday would have been dear Laura Jane's birthday so i visited with nice flowers containing her favourite colours told her latest news and spent a little while remembering our happy and special times we shared.the pain and longing i feel is as strong as the day we said goodbye i visit you all the time and speak to you and think of you constantly ,will never get used to losing you love you forever,pray one day we will be together again love always

wedding anniversary has come and gone the first time in 56 years that i am unable to tell Margaret how much i love her and how much i miss her.the dayws are so very long and empty,each one the same as the day before.in all our family occassions you were always the star,now you are shining down on us from afar. love you alwaysxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sunday feb11 would have been 59 years married and 60 years as a couple.Margaret was not only my wife and soul mate, but my best friend and supporter also.Although unable to speak she showed me her love with her wonderful smile,and her lovely brown eyes.My life now is very empty an very sad,my love for her will remain forever.She was the most beautiful caring lovely person i have ever met,and i miss her terribly.

I picked the memories candle as every memory we had together we was laughing and smiling x you was the most amazing woman I have ever met , even after all you was going through you alway had that massive smile for me when I walked in the door . I can definitely say you made an impact on my life you teached me things you probably didn’t even know you did . never take life for granted, keep smiling and always keep pushing on x i miss you smiler ❤️
